Join us for "ALL IN," an intensive leadership training program for experienced literature evangelists. Learn the Tindall Method of Evangelism, combining health work, literature evangelism, and Bible studies. Sharpen your leadership skills and deepen your impact in your community. This program is also designed to equip leaders for upcoming summer programs in other conferences and ministries. Get ready to go "ALL IN" for the gospel!

Curriculum

This Leadership training is designed to prepare you as a van leader, equipped in all other duties in a conference or ministry training program.

** At least 2 summers equivalence of canvassing experience required **

Tindal Method of Evangelism

Drawn from the Spirit of Prophecy by Ellen G. White, the Tindall method of evangelism provides leaders with a biblically-based approach to spreading the message of hope and salvation. This comprehensive method, spear headed by renowned evangelist Tindal, integrated health work, literature evangelism, and Bible teaching to effectively reach communities. Leaders will explore the foundational principles outlined in the Spirit of Prophecy and learn strategic outreach techniques for the last days.

Medical Evangelism Basics

Leaders will understand basic health principles (The Law) and how the body functions and First Aid Natural Remedies.

Hydrotherapy

This course offers foundational knowledge and practical skills in hydrotherapy techniques for home use. Leaders will learn basic hydrotherapy methods to assist individuals with health concerns and promote wellness in a home setting.

Accounting

Leaders will gain proficiency in accounting principles and practices applicable to ministry programs. This course covers topics such as inventory management, financial record-keeping, budgeting, and handling advances to effectively manage program finances.

Stocking & Vehicle Management

Leaders will learn essential skills for managing and maintaining ministry vehicles. Topics include equipping vehicles with necessary supplies for various situations, vehicle maintenance, and optimizing vehicle functionality to support outreach efforts.

Kitchen Head

This course equips leaders with culinary skills and management techniques for efficient meal preparation in ministry settings. Leaders will learn to create healthful meal plans, manage kitchen schedules, assign tasks to team members, and adapt meal plans to accommodate illness or dietary restrictions.

Map Reading and Territory Management

This course provides leaders with essential navigation skills and territory management techniques for effective outreach. Leaders will learn map reading, navigation, and territory management strategies to optimize outreach efforts and maximize impact in targeted communities.

Student Training

Leaders will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively train and mentor ministry team members. This course covers techniques for facilitating training sessions, providing constructive feedback, and fostering personal and professional growth in team members.

Van Atmosphere and Troubleshooting

Leaders will learn to maintain a positive atmosphere and address common issues during van transportation. This course emphasizes troubleshooting skills to address concerns, assess morale, and foster a supportive environment during travel.

Finances

The first week of the program you will canvass to jumpstart your financial assistance. After, you will canvass at-least once a week to meet financial goals while training. Program maintenance and training cost is roughly $150 a week. This should cover room, board, vehicle maintenance, and 2 plant based meals a day. You will receive an allowance of $50 a week or 20% of your weekly earnings. The last 2 weeks you will be leading and canvassing to make up for any other financial costs. 75% of everything earned over your tuition expenses will be returned at the end of the program.
TEXTBOOKS
Your main textbook is covered in your initial tuition cost. All other resources and textbooks can be purchased in the bookstore.

Dress Standards

In all our attire, let us rightly represent our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
MEN:
We encourage you to wear clothing that reflects the character of a Christian man. Therefore, please, no short pants and tight fitting clothing and clothing that expose unnecessary parts of the body. (i.e. sleeveless shirts)

WOMEN:
We encourage you to dress modestly, simply, and neatly. That which becomes a godly woman is desired. Therefore, please, no shorts, tight fitting clothing, pants (unless covered with a dress below mid-calves), and clothing that exposes unnecessary parts of the body. We encourage each person to be submitted to Jesus Christ who is our Head and Savior of the body.
