How to Apply for a Trade Program

Fill out An application form

Begin by filling out our application form. Provide accurate and complete information to ensure a smooth application process.

Procssng Fee

A processing fee of $10 is required upon submission of your application. This fee helps cover administrative costs associated with processing your application.

Confirm Account Email

Once you've submitted your application and processing fee, please confirm your email address ( may need to check your spam). This step is crucial for communication regarding the status of your application. Setup Email and password to view your status in the My Access Dashboard.

Await Approval Letter

After completing the above steps, sit tight and await approval. You will receive an approval letter either in your user dashboard or via email. If your application is rejected, don't worry! You'll receive detailed reasons for the rejection.

Common reasons include, missing information, or the program being at full capacity.

Reapply (if Necessary)

If your application is rejected, you can always reapply at any time by submitting another application and processing fee. Make sure to address any issues that led to the rejection in your new application.

If your application was rejected due to the class being full, don't worry! Sometimes, classes may reoccur throughout the year. We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter to receive notifications about new upcoming classes, events, and more. This way, you'll be among the first to know when spots become available.

Select a Trade Program

Once your application is approved, it's time to select a trade program.

Choose A Program from the Menu

You can do this by navigating to the Trade Academy section, then selecting your desired program from the menu.

Alternatively, you can choose a program directly from your user access dashboard.

Register for a Program By Scheduling an Interview

To officially register for your chosen program, you'll need to schedule an interview with our admissions team. During the interview, we'll discuss your goals, assess your suitability for the program, and address any questions you may have.

To schedule your interview and complete your registration, please contact our admissions department at admissions@ozarkoutpostcenter.org with the subject line: "Program Interview Request." Please include your preferred dates and times for the interview, as well as your contact information.

Await Acceptance

After your interview, please await acceptance into the program. If accepted, you'll receive further instructions on how to proceed.

Finacial department

Once accepted into the program, you can arrange payment by speaking to our financial department.

They will assist you in setting up payment arrangements and answering any questions you may have.

To speak with our financial department, please email finance@@ozarkoutpostcenter.org with the subject line: "Payment Arrangements." Don't forget to include your contact information and a brief message detailing your inquiry. Alternatively, you can leave your callback information in the email, and a member of our financial team will get back to you promptly.
